Qunoot brings dedication and care to every client interaction. Known for attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right, Qunoot makes sure every question gets answered and every client feels taken care of.
Fridge
Named after Hall of Fame football legend William "The Refrigerator" Perry, Fridge is the heart and soul of the Ace Insurance office. He specializes in morale, tail wags, and making sure every client feels right at home the moment they walk through the door.
Teddy
Teddy brings executive-level energy to every visit — complete with signature goggles and an unmatched enthusiasm for life. As Director of Pawsitivity, he oversees morale, ambient vibes, and ensuring every client leaves happier than when they arrived. The goggles don't wear themselves.
Rosie
Rosie is new to the team but already a natural. As Pawsitivity Ambassador, she handles first impressions, unconditional support, and the kind of big puppy eyes that make even the toughest insurance decisions feel a little easier. She reports directly to Teddy.
