SUMMER FUEL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

Eligibility & Entry

This sweepstakes drawing (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by Ace Insurance Agency of Toledo Inc ("Sponsor").  The Drawing is open to U.S. individuals (legal residents) who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry (or 19 for residents of AL and NE) and US entities (together, "Participants") who submit entry cards containing accurate, complete information between date at time and date at time.  Sponsor is not responsible for late or incomplete entries.  Only one entry is permitted per Participant.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine if any given entry is valid.  Entries must be submitted [describe means of submission].  No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited.

Entry Period

The Drawing entry period begins on Wednesday, June 1^st 2022 at [12:00AM] Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Friday, July 1^st 2022 at [11.59PM] ET (the "Entry Period").   

 

How To Enter

You can enter the Contest by completing the entry form at aceinsuranceohio.com Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

 

Entries must be submitted by 11:59 a.m. on Friday, July 1^st, 2022. You can find the Contest post on the newsfeed of Aceinsurance agency.

 

Drawing, Prize & Odds of Winning

Sponsor will select number winner(s) from all eligible entries by random drawing on or about 07/05/2022. Each potential winner will be contacted via his/her email or phone number provided during the registration process. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine the Drawing winner.  THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES BY SPONSOR AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE DRAWING.

The prize will be one fifty-dollar gas card (approximate retail value of $50.00; total approximate value of all prizes is $100.00.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize of comparable value.  No prize or any portion will be redeemable for cash or transferable.  Any taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner(s).  Odds of winning a prize drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Notification

The prize winner(s) will be contacted following the drawing.  If a winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts have been made, fails to respond to notification within five (5) business days, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Rules, that winner will be disqualified and Sponsor will choose an alternative winner via random drawing. 

General Conditions

All federal, state and local laws apply.  The prize winner(s) must execute a Liability & Publicity Release within five (5) days of notice of winning or forfeit the Prize.  Sponsor reserves the right to use any winner's name or likeness in promotional materials.

By participating, Participants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Drawing or these Official Rules; (b) the use of their names, voices and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, all without compensation; (c) be contacted by, and receive marketing materials from, Sponsor about commercial vehicle or other insurance; and (d) release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, the Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and its affiliates ("Progressive"), and Sponsor's and Progressive's respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from all claims or damages arising out of or related to the Drawing and the acceptance, use or misuse of any Drawing prize.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, reschedule, suspend or otherwise modify this Drawing without notice for any reason (including, without limitation, if viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Drawing).

NY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE INCENTIVE MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAW AND WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY PAYOUT.  SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S).
